I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its great location near the cable car start and the cozy atmosphere. The rooms were clean and had lovely balconies, making it a nice space to relax. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff who went out of their way to help. However, I found the small bathrooms a bit cramped, and while dining options included some vegan dishes, I felt there could be more variety. Overall, I believe the hotel offers good value for the price.
